Oula.One is a heart-based, musically-inspired yoga dance fusion class. This hour-long session is done barefoot on the mat, with no jumping or impact, making it accessible to nearly all. Completely choreographed to beautiful music, you will journey through spinal warming and activation, balancing and strengthening, core work, stretching and relaxation. Through breath and heart opening movements and music, you will feel the stress and stuck emotion leave your body, as you become grounded in your sense of self and one-ness.

Prerequisite:  To register for this training, you must have attended an Oula Fitness Teacher Training in the past 3 years (Oula certification not necessary).
