Connecting movement and breath, dance and yoga, Oula.One nourishes your body, mind and soul.
Oula.One is a heart-based, musically-inspired yoga dance fusion class. This 55-minute session is done barefoot on the mat, with no jumping or impact, making it accessible to nearly all. Completely choreographed to beautiful music, you will journey through spinal warming and activation, balancing and strengthening, core work, stretching and relaxation. Through breath and heart opening movements and music, you will feel the stress and stuck emotion leave your body, as you become grounded in your sense of self and one-ness.
I love the way that Oula.One is perfectly put together. The way that the movements and stretches are paired with the music are amazing and feel that way in the body, mind and the soul. I think it is the perfect complement to round out a full body and soul workout that OULA Fitness provides. When Kali sent me the link to the first release, I was hooked. It just FEELS incredible. Kali developed Oula.One in the beginning on 2016 and launched her first class in March. In November, she hosted her first training to 24 Oula instructors around the US and Mexico. Look for classes in your area soon!
